Terms and Conditions of Use

This document represents the Terms and Conditions of Use for the services provided by Liga Hosting SRL, hereinafter referred to as "the provider" in Romania. By completing the order form and ticking the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use", you are entering into a firm contract with the provider and fully accept these terms.
1. Contracting Parties
- The Beneficiary: Any natural or legal person who uses the provider's services.
- The Provider: Liga Hosting SRL, with the identification details mentioned above.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the provision by Liga Hosting SRL of the following services:
- Web hosting (shared hosting, VPS, VDS, dedicated servers).
- Online game hosting (game hosting).
- Domain name registration (international and .ro).
- Technical support and consulting services for customers.
- Additional configuration services (databases, web panels, game servers).
3. Acceptance of Terms and Waiver of the Right to Legal Action
By accepting these terms and conditions, the beneficiary agrees that any dissatisfaction or dispute arising from the use of the provider's services will be resolved amicably before taking any legal action. The beneficiary expressly waives the right to take legal action against the provider, regardless of the reason, and is required to discuss directly with the provider to find a reasonable solution.
4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
- The prices of the services offered by Liga Hosting SRL are displayed on the official website and are expressed in RON or EURO. Payments are made according to the available payment options and are set at the BNR exchange rate + 2%.
- The provider will issue proforma invoices on the basis of which the beneficiary must pay for the contracted service. Invoices will be sent via the email provided by the beneficiary.
- Failure to pay for the services may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the contracted service.
5. Refund Policy
- All payments made for Liga Hosting SRL services are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the payment was made by mistake or without the payer's consent.
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase, only for unused services. Refund requests must be made via email to the support address.
- In case of early cancellation of hosting services, the amounts paid will not be refunded, except in situations provided by law.
6. Cancellation Policy and Termination of Services
- The beneficiary may cancel the contracted services by notifying the payment department via a ticket or email, at least 7 days before the end of the contractual period.
- The provider may terminate the provision of services unilaterally, without prior notice, in the following cases:
- Non-payment of services.
- Providing false information during registration.
- Engaging in illegal activities, including using services for distributing pirated content or cyberattacks.
- In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of use, the beneficiary's account may be suspended without prior notice.
7. Liability for Data Loss and Service Suspension
- Liga Hosting SRL cannot be held responsible for data loss or other damages caused by service suspension or technical factors related to the beneficiary's infrastructure, including but not limited to: hardware failures, cyberattacks, viruses, software errors, or human intervention.
- In cases where suspension or data loss is caused by factors beyond Liga Hosting SRL's control (e.g., force majeure, DDoS attacks, network outages, global infrastructure failures), the beneficiary is not entitled to financial compensation but may, upon written request, receive a partial refund of the amounts paid, based on the request sent to the provider's contact address.
8. Ownership and Security
- The beneficiary is responsible for the security of their account and associated information. The provider is not liable for unauthorized use of the account or data losses caused by the beneficiary's negligence.
- The beneficiary is required to protect their login credentials and immediately notify the provider in case of any suspicion of unauthorized access.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
- The services provided by Liga Hosting SRL must be used in accordance with national and international laws.
- The following uses of services are strictly prohibited:
- Transmitting or storing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or intellectual property-infringing materials.
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam).
- Engaging in cyberattacks (DDoS, hacking) or using the provider's network to compromise the security of other networks.
- In case of non-compliance with the acceptable use policy, the provider may suspend or terminate the services, without the obligation to refund the paid amounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Liga Hosting SRL is not responsible for losses incurred by the beneficiary due to the use of services, including data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
- The provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of services or unauthorized access to beneficiaries' accounts.
- The beneficiary is responsible for any losses resulting from actions by third parties using their account.
11. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any disputes or conflicts, the beneficiary and the provider are required to attempt an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
- Any dispute between the parties regarding the use of services provided by Liga Hosting SRL will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
12. Force Majeure
- Neither party will be held responsible for non-performance of contractual obligations due to events of force majeure, including but not limited to: war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, telecom network outages, or other events beyond the parties' control.
13. Confidentiality
- The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data provided by the beneficiary in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- The beneficiary's data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
14. Jurisdiction
- Any dispute between the parties regarding the use of services provided by Liga Hosting SRL will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
